At EdQuestPrep, we welcome all educators who are passionate about shaping the future of learning. Our platform provides opportunities for educators to contribute in different ways—whether as Tutors, Mentors, Test Creators, or Video Producers. Each role is essential in helping students reach their full potential.

Get to Know Us
Tutors Assemble
In our tutor lead courses, the tutor will need to prepare and deliver the course, however, students also have the option to upload their own materials to the designated section provided for them within the site.
As a tutor you may be wondering about how to communicate your rate and how you will get paid. You will gain access to the CMS connected to our system when you are accepted as a tutor, and will gain the ability to change everything students and other tutors will see about you on our website, including but not limited to availability hours, subject, photos, phone number and rate. Keeping track of your availability and hours will be your responsibility but everything else can be managed by our website manager if you please, contact us through email or phone for more details if you're interested.
Mentors Stalwart
In our mentorship program, students join small groups of 3–4 participants in scheduled sessions focused on specific topics such as career planning, STAAR test preparation, essay writing, and college readiness. Each 45-minute weekly session is designed to help students learn how to study effectively under the guidance of an experienced mentor.
Mentors provide 10–15 minutes of personalized attention to each student, monitoring their progress, giving targeted feedback, and answering questions. Group members benefit not only from direct mentor guidance but also from listening to each other’s experiences, gaining inspiration, and exchanging strategies.
All sessions include progress tracking, ensuring that students stay accountable, motivated, and fully prepared to reach their academic and personal goals.
Test Creators
Our Test Creators are responsible for designing high-quality, exam-style practice tests that follow the latest standards and formats.
Working within the EdQuestPrep platform, they create both timed and untimed versions, ensuring students can practice under realistic conditions or focus on mastering concepts without time pressure.
Each test is carefully reviewed for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the targeted subject areas. By contributing their expertise, Test Creators play a vital role in providing students with reliable, effective, and engaging test preparation resources.
Test Creators will be paid based on the number of downloads on their tests, they will also get a percentage of the monthly subscription.
Video Producers
Video Producers make and upload education videos and guides on tests and other important subjects. Press on forward with the link below, for video resources and how to get started.
Video Producers will use email addresses provided by EdQuestPrep to create and upload content in private mode on platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Dailymotion, and Twitch.
Each video must be placed under the assigned course and topic categories within the platform. Earnings will be based on the number of views each video receives, ensuring that high-quality, engaging content is both recognized and rewarded.
